Curratec was selected to attend the I.E.C.T. Summer School of Entrepreneurship, initiated by the famous Austrian entrepreneur and investor Hermann Hauser. The seven-day seminar took place in Wattens, Tyrol with the aim of showing participants the way to successfully commercialize their ideas by guiding them through the processes of protecting their ideas, investigating and pinpointing the market, raising finance, building teams and selling their ideas. It has been specifically designed for the budding entrepreneur or corporate innovator who requires practical know-how in the development of a new business.
On the final day of the school, all 29 participants (from 16 nations) pitched their business ideas to a panel comprising of renowned entrepreneurs, business angels and venture capitalists, such as H.S.H. Prince Max von und zu Liechtenstein (CEO, LGT Bank).
Curratec was able to claim a highly coveted spot within the top 3 and therefore secured themselves another presentation slot at the Technology Symposium at the European Forum Alpbach. CONGRATS!
